That I haven’t posted Erika Medina in over a year is a crying shame.   For those of you who might remember, Erika was a candidate to be “America’s Smartest Model.”  I don’t think she won but I don’t think that’s what I was thinking about either.

The results of this year’s “Sleep in America” poll, which is conducted by the National Sleep Foundation, are in. This year, they focused on similarities and differences in sleep practices and sleep-related attitudes between racial and ethnic groups (White, Black. Asian, Hispanic).
