Weight loss pills are a hot business, with hundreds of products being thrown on the market each year.

On one hand we could be thankful because this intense manufacturing activity has brought excellent products, such as ProShaperx, to the market. This week’s exercise that everyone can do without special expenses or training is sprinting. While jogging in the park or running on the treadmill can help you keep your heart in shape, sprinting makes sure your heart can cope with intense effort for a short period of time. It’s also a very good way to shed a lot of calories fast.

What you need to do is to alternate jogging and sprinting. You can start by warming up with 5 to 10 minutes of jogging and then start sprinting for 30-40 meters. Then you take a break and resume jogging. The slow pace of jogging allows your body to recover after the sprint and at the same time keeps you from relaxing completely.

After another 5 minutes of jogging, you can try another 40-meter sprint. Don’t push yourself too hard at first. Performance comes in time. You could also time your sprints and see how your sprinting time improves. Sprinting will force the body to burn a lot of calories in short bursts in order to support the effort and will bring you closer to your goal: slim waist, great ass, nice legs.
