Guess what? I’m not the only 30-something woman left who’s never had a bikini wax. The fact that I’m not the only one doesn’t surprise me but why have I never had a waxing conversation with a good friend. The answer: I’ve always looked at personal grooming as something private. Yoga is actually a way of life not just let’s do an hour here and there. Busy People probably need yoga more than others to de-stress and get that feeling of total relaxation. You want to practice yoga everyday and have the benefits of doing regular sessions but you are just too busy. Most of us are lucky if we can fit in a couple of sessions every week. Look for ways to practice yoga as you go through your regular daily routine and you will see the benefits in many situations.

I’ve been an avid fan of yours since I started seriously dating, but I’ve only just begun to apply your techniques after experiencing many failures.

Now here’s my problem. I’ve been dating Donna for a year. She’s gorgeous – the kind of girl a guy can’t take his eyes off, so I guess I should have known what I was up against.
