In our information blog:
Does Shaving Make You Itch Down There?
Have you ever had this happen - You decide
to do something different and exciting for
your lover, like completely shaving your pubic area,
but end up with red blotches and so sore you
don’t even want your lover to see or
touch you? What a drag.
The thought was a good one - really - You
just made the same mistake most people make,
thinking you could use just anything for shaving
the pubic area.
The pubic area is quite different and certainly
more sensitive than other parts of the body
you might already be shaving. For those of
you who know, the closest comparison would
be with shaving
under your arms. (more…)

The Magic of the Approach
Have you ever seen a magician at a party
walking around doing close-up magic? Everyone
seems fascinated by it - even if the magician
isn’t that good. There are probably just
as many people hoping the performer will flop
as those that are fascinated by it.
This brings me to an interesting way to approach
women - by using magic.
Many guys will hang around an old haunt looking
at all the great women come and go, but will
never actually approach them. If they do approach
someone, it’s usually after having watched
her for quite a while, built up their courage
(or drank enough of it) and then they approach.
These guys also often fail simply because they
don’t have a good ice-breaker - or any
real game for that matter. (more…)

How Does Ralph Fiennes Handle Mixed Signals?
I’ve read your columns for
some time now and would like to thank you for
your astute advice on handling women. Even
though I try to practice “The “System,” I
acknowledge that I still need improvement.
The following scenario is a good example of
this.
While on a flight a few weeks back, I sat
next to an attractive girl named Brianna. Before
we parted ways, I asked for her phone number
and waited seven days to call her. I called
her on a Monday and told her that I wanted
to take her out for drinks that Thursday and
she agreed.
On Wednesday she committed the cardinal sin
of dating: she broke the date using the excuse
that her “friend” was in town.
She then counter-offered, but weakly, by asking
if I wanted to go out with her and her “friends.” I
didn’t take the bait, but I still blundered
by asking her to take time away from her friends
on Sunday so I could take her out for lunch.
She said that she would call back. (more…)

Adult acne
Often called the dark side of acne, adult acne
is one those embarrassing topics among adults,
largely because most people get rid of it naturally
as they grow older. Official statistics show
that acne affects 25 percent of all adult males
and 50 percent of adult females at some point
in their lives. That makes it a pretty big
problem, especially in today’s world,
where social life is very important and physical
appearance plays a crucial role in everybody’s
careers. A face full of red spots is bad enough
for a teen, but infinitely worse for an adult.
One of the first things that can be gleaned
from the statistical data is the fact that
acne is not exactly uncommon among adults.
Adult acne is usually split between severe
cases of acne that never went away and flare-ups
of dormant acne on subjects aged between 30
and 40. There are also cases when people developed
acne for the first time as adults, although
such cases are somewhat rare and triggered
mostly by chemicals or chronic physical pressure
on the skin. (more…)

Laser Hair Removal Fights Public Enemy Number #1: Body Hair
As Americans everywhere
are shaping up for the spring, hitting the
gym and donning lighter clothes, they want
to feel confident at the beach or pool without
the unnecessary stress of worrying about embarrassing
shaving bumps, razor burn, or worse – stray
hairs which become very visible in bright sunlight.
Traditional hair
removal techniques such as shaving, waxing
and tweezing only provide temporary relief
and may actually stimulate hair growth and
cause skin infection. Electrolysis, while
effective, often requires years of ongoing
treatments and is particularly painful. Laser
hair removal offers four main advantages:
1) comfort, 2) speed, 3) accuracy, and 4)
long-term effectiveness.
Laser hair removal is soaring in popularity – last
year in the US there were almost 2 million
procedures performed. Today it ranks as the
fastest growing non-surgical cosmetic enhancement
procedure and is second only to Botox in numbers
of treatments. (more…)
