I’m a dedicated follower of “The
System” but I’ve seemed to encounter
a situation I just can’t read yet.
Bridget and I are both 22. I asked for her
phone number and without hesitation she jotted
both her home and cell phone numbers. I waited
a week to call her and asked her out for a
Wednesday.
Bridget admitted that her parents were a bit
strict and that she’d have to run it
by them first. She called me the following
day and told me that her parents wouldn’t
allow her to go out with me because they didn’t
know me just yet. She counter-offered to hang
out at her house instead. It was a bit uncomfortable
to meet her parents on a first date, but I
figured it was some sort of test to see if
I was truly interested in her or not. (more…)
I wonder about this from time to time,
but I figure that I need an answer from an
insightful man in order to get a truthful answer
on this:
Do men respect women in general? Do men pity
women in general, because of our vulnerabilities?
Or do men have a certain “hard-to-explain” admiration
for women at times and pity other times? What
can a woman do to get and earn men’s
respect in most cases? A lot of men speak in
a condescending way towards and about women.
Can a woman have a lot of sex and still get
a lot of respect? Can a woman talk about having
a lot of sex and still get respect? Why do
many women seem to never grow out of that adolescent
unsure-of-themselves phase, while men tend
to realize their strengths and utilize them

Everyone wants clear, impurities-free
skin. Unfortunately, not all of us were blessed
to have the model- look beautiful skin that
we always wanted. People are always bombarded
with those various skin disorders and we are
always flocking to our drugstores to buy the
latest miracle cure for that naturally beautiful
skin.
Here are Three Facts To Consider:
Fact number one. The cosmetic
industry makes billions of dollars from the
public quest for great skin. They use the money
to advertise and perpetuate their products.

Summer is only a few months away and
here is a great article to get those beach
body abs for the summer.
With the return of warm weather in the spring,
thoughts can never be too far behind of the
approaching summer and the many wonderful outdoor
activities that we’ll often associate
with it and among our top favorite summertime
activities will always be the trip to the beach.
Warm blue skies, refreshing ocean breezes,
hot sand, cool waves and the many attempts
at constructing the perfect sand castle; you
can swear you’re almost there just thinking
of it. But that mental image just wouldn’t
be complete without also including images of
hard, bronze bodies in attractive swimsuits
soaking up the sun. Let’s face it, attractive
physiques will always be a top draw at the
beach and the abs, or midsection, is the first

While doing my search
for this idea, I came across something interesting
on the web. At a hospital the relatives gathered
in the waiting room, where a family member
lay gravely ill. Finally, the doctor came in
looking tired and serious.
Surveying the worried faces, the doctor said, “I’m
afraid I’m the bearer of bad news. The
only hope left for your loved one at this time
is a brain transplant. It’s an experimental
procedure, very risky, you will have to pay
for the brain yourselves.”
The family members sat silent as they absorbed
the news. After a great length of time, someone

The subject of LASIK is a very interesting
one. There is a lot to investigate and understand
about the process of getting your vision corrected
through laser surgery. I hope this article

decision to have LASIK, read these pointers:
1. Make sure you go to a doctor who
uses the new Interlase laser for making the
corneal flap.
Why? Because the Interlase is 100 times more
precise than the “old fashioned” method
of using a microkeratome to cut the initial
flap. Many speculate that most of the problems
that come from LASIK surgery have been due
to the impreciseness of the microkeratome device
