Tara Conner - Miss USA 2006 - Black and Yellow Bikini
Okay, so we all know the story of Tara Conner - all American girl who wins the Miss USA title in April 2006 followed, by of course, allegations of that she had been drinking underage, tested positive for the use of cocaine, and kissed Miss Teen USA Katie Blair in public, among other things. Of course she has committed herself into the Caron Foundation an alcoholism rehabilitation facility in Berks County Pennsylvania - so maybe the allegations are true.
Regardless of the truth or not we have a fine young lady who is going to do America proud. Tara - forget all the negative press, you are beautiful.
